Eaglepoint – 2 Lady Team Tournament – Registration Form – 2025

 

Eaglepoint Ladies League would like to invite all female members, guests, & golf enthusiasts to join them for a great afternoon of golf & prizes.

Schedule

Starts: Tuesday, April 7
Ends: Tuesday, September 29

Tee-times: 2:00pm – 5:00pm (9-Hole Only after 3:30pm)

Prizes will be announced no later than 7:30pm in the Club House.

Format

The Ladies League will follow a 9-Hole Stroke Play Format.

Scorecards must be turned in to the Pro Shop immediately after 9 Holes for scoring.

There will be a total of three Flights and the Flights will be determined by an evenly distributed split based on the total number of golfers in attendance for the day.

Low Gross & Low Net Prizes:

• (Overall) Low Gross & Low Net
• (Flight 1) Low Gross & Low Net
• (Flight 2) Low Gross & Low Net
• (Flight 3) Low Gross & Low Net

Proxy Contest Prizes:

• KPs
• Long Putt
• Long Drive
• Target Marker
• Short Drive
• Crazy 8 Draw
• Sand Draw
• Water Draw

There will be an optional Deuce Pot ($1) and Putt Pot ($1) – CASH ONLY:

• Deuce Pot: Any 2 on the Scorecard in any of the 9 Holes
• Putt Pot: The lowest count of the total number of putts for the 9 Holes. You will be responsible for keeping count of your own putts and it must be indicated on your Scorecard. There are no gimmes and every hole must be played to hole out.

You must be present to claim your Door Prize.

You must have a valid Handicap registered with Golf Canada to be eligible for Net Prizes.

Checking In at the Pro Shop

1. Please check in at least 15 minutes before your tee time
2. Sign-in at the Pro Shop. If you do not have a registered handicap, please let us know.
3. Pay dues: Greens Fees, Registration Fees, Deuce/Putt Pots
4. To speed up the process, cash is the recommended form of payment for the $8 Registration Fee.
5. The $1 Dollar Deuce and Putt Pots are Cash Only
6. Upon Checking-In, please ensure your name is entered into the draw for one of our many Door Prizes

Prizes and Gift Cards

1. There will be No Exchanges or Refunds for Any Prizes Won.
2. Gift Cards May Not be Redeemed for Cash.
3. Eaglepoint Gift Cards are Redeemable at the Pro Shop and Restaurant.
4. Eaglepoint Gift Cards May Not be used towards any Memberships, Passes, Packages, League Fees, or Tournament Fees.

The rules of the USGA will govern play except where modified by a few Local Rules.
